A Head of Cabbage is a memoir of the early years of my life.  It stems from a collection of writings, notebooks, snippets that I wrote as they unfolded.  Writing has always been a passion of mine, without really knowing why.  I didn't have an endgame in mind, a desire to write the 'great American novel', just a need to write. So, write I did. This initial segment is being put together in blog form for you to read.

From time to time I will write directly to the blog various memoir snippets with the appreciation that you will responed with your thoughts.
